please remember to bring a packed lunch, there will be bacon butties and drinks available in the morning and a bbq and red boat ice cream after sailing.
Itinerary for the weekend:
Saturday 23rd July – Training day being run by RYA instructors and Trigger Robinson
9am arrival and briefing
Participants to arrive and park boats, then cars on the green in designated areas. Parking permits to be purchased from rayc club house.
11am on the water for morning sessions
Lunch will be eaten off the water before the afternoon session
4pm close
Sunday 24th July
8:30 RAYC club house open
9:00am – 10:15 Arrival and registration. Participants to arrive and park boats, then cars on the green in designated areas. Then come to the RAYC for registration and parking permits
Bacon rolls hot and cold drinks sold at the rayc
9:00 safety boat briefing
9:30am coaches briefing at the RAYC upstairs
10:00am Race officers briefing at the RAYC Upstairs
10:15 RYA strategic review
10:45am launch boats and tally
Eat lunch before going on the water
12 noon Race 1 Warning signal
2:38pm High water 7.2 metres
3:30pm Last warning signal
4:30pm off the water and prize giving
Bbq at the club after prize giving, red boat ice creams
