I am super excited to invite you to a Thai evening on Friday the 4th October at the club. Once again we are lucky to have Chef Matt Perrier working his magic in the kitchen; this time he will be taking our taste-buds on a journey to Thailand. I have eaten Matt’s thai food many times, and it is really really good.
Thai cooking uses peanuts, shellfish and lots of spices , so if you have allergies or are averse to spicy food this is probably not for you.
Dishes will be pescatarian as a minimum due to use of authentic thai ingredients like fish sauce and dried shrimp. If you are veggie and want to come let me know and I can ask Matt.

Thai Hot ‘n’ sour soup
Satay skewers – meat or tofu
Baked fish thai style
Red curry
Thai basil chilli pork or tofu
Green Papaya Salad
Jasmine Rice
White chocolate and coconut pannacotta
Tuille lime granita
Price just £30 per head
