This event is available to all RAYC members and their guests.
RAYC are thrilled to announce that we will be joined by Andy Tabberner from The Loft @ The Bull, Beaumaris who will be cooking up our Sunday lunch.
Menu:
Menai Strait scallop, apple, dill & spring onion
Eynons 50-day-aged Himalayan sirloin, Wagyu fat potatoes, creamy mash, roasted carrots & Yorkshire pudding
Chocolate & hazelnut torte, hazelnut brittle & orange ice cream

Anglesey goat’s cheese cheesecake, brioche granola, Medwyn’s tomato & Welsh black truffle
